The Fund is reserved for investors with professional experience in investment matters and is not offered to the public. Sustainability-related disclosures (SFDR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (SFDR), AUDACIA integrates sustainability risks into its investment decisions:
- Exclusions: no investment in tobacco, coal, pornography, arms production or gambling, and particular attention to the integrity of the management teams of portfolio companies.
- Before investing: an ESG questionnaire tailored to each company, covering environmental, social and governance matters and resilience to climate-related risks. Its findings lead to ESG objectives written into the shareholders’ agreement.
- During the holding period: an annual review of each company’s ESG performance, based on its reporting and on discussions with management.
Classification. The Fund is classified Article 9 under SFDR: it has a sustainable investment objective, with 100% of its investments in companies developing technologies that contribute to climate change mitigation (new nuclear, energy storage, energy efficiency and AI).
Methodological limitation. By applying ESG criteria within its investment policy, the Fund aims in particular to better manage sustainability risk. ESG criteria may be generated using proprietary models; the assessment criteria may evolve over time or vary depending on the sector in which a company operates. Applying ESG criteria may lead the Fund to invest in, or exclude, securities for non-financial reasons, irrespective of available market opportunities.
